Write Your Life: June Edition

Heads up for my friends & readers who live in the Lisbon area: I’m going to be back at my favorite bookshop, Salted Books, in two weeks for another round of my Write Your Life workshop! I’d love to see you there.

This writing workshop is a two-hour, highly intimate session that I designed for absolute beginners and seasoned storytellers alike. You will get thoughtful guidance, craft basics and easy prompts. You’ll walk out with your first short written piece and a take-home packet featuring a dangerously good memoir reading list.

For those of you who don’t live close enough to join, I’m planning on offering an online version of this course in August, probably on a Saturday or Sunday. If you’re interested in that, please LMK in the comments and maybe pop in a date (August weekend) that would work really well for you. I’ll try to get that scheduled within the next week or so. Cool? Meanwhile, life has been life-ing pretty damn hard and I have lots to tell you about how I lived in a witch cottage in the forest and communed with an owl. Not an exaggeration in the slightest. (Already planning my owl tattoo.)
